Diagnosis
The availability check indicates that the BI accelerator services areonly &SYST-MSGV1& percent available. It is possible that the inactiveservices are currently restarting or that they will restart soon. If theavailability level drops further, this can indicate a problem, assumingthe BI accelerator services were not explicitly restarted (for example,from the BI accelerator monitor).
Note any changes to this value, since these may be caused by anavailability issue. This applies particularly if the availability ofservices lies below 30 percent.

Procedure
Execute any recommended actions. If the system does not provide anyrecommended actions, the actions do not resolve the issue, or if younotice a further drop in availability and have not restarted anyservices, contact your system administrator.
