Diagnosis
The availability check indicates that the BI accelerator services arestill &SYST-MSGV1& percent available. It is possible that the inactiveservices are currently restarting or that they will restart soon. If theavailability level drops further, this can indicate a problem, assumingthe BI accelerator services were not explicitly restarted (for example,from the BI accelerator monitor).

Procedure
Execute any recommended actions. If the system does not provide anyrecommended actions, the actions do not resolve the issue, or if younotice a drop in availability and have not restarted any services,contact your system administrator.
