In this step, the Polestar enhancement for the selected InfoCube issaved. For the enhancement to take effect, the BIA index for thisInfoCube must be completely rebuilt and filled. Therefore when you choose #Next#, the system checks if a BIA indexalready exists. In this case, the BIA index can be deleted and the BIAIndex Maintenance Wizard can be started. If no BIA index exists, the BIAIndex Maintenance Wizard is started without asking whether it should bedeleted and rebuilt. If you are currently performing the #Delete# step, the Polestarenhancement is deleted as part of this step. This setting only takeseffect after the index has been rebuilt. The BIA Index MaintenanceWizard is started in the same way as the 'Create' step. |
