Diagnosis
The SIDs belonging to the characteristics are used to divide thecharacteristics into intervals or individual values. For example,message 'I BT 0000002000 0000002010' means that all the records are readin this block that have a SID between 0000002000 and 0000002010. Message'I EQ 0000002000 0000000000' means that all records with a SID for thischaracteristic = 0000002000 are read.
