Characteristic '&v1&' is being used as a time characteristic in activedata archiving process '&v2&'. This means that the data type of thecharacteristic may no longer be changed.

Procedure
If you are sure that the intended change of type will not cause problemsduring a transport to a downstream productive system, you can delete therelevant data archiving process, perform the change of type, and thencreate the data archiving process again.
Caution
By deleting a data archiving process you lose all the data for thisobject in the archive or in a connected near-line storage. If you stillneed the data, load it back again before deleting the data archivingprocess.
