Diagnosis
If you want to use real-time data acquisition to load data to anInfoProvider, all the old requests in this target must be fullyactivated; there can be no cancelled activations.
Load request &V2& is not fully activated in target &V1&; thecorresponding activation request is &V3&.

Procedure
First activate all the requests in the target &V1& that are currentlynot fully and successfully activated before you use real-time dataacquisition.
