Diagnosis
DataStore object &V1& will not be updated either because it doesnot have any active transformations (3.x update rules) or because itcontains requests that have not been activated yet or requests that havenot been activated successfully.

Procedure
Check the transformations (3.x update rules).
Check whether all requests in the DataStore object have been activatedsuccessfully. If this is not the case, activate the requests again ordelete them.
