Diagnosis
The delta extraction is not possible at the moment because the statuslist of the request is locked in the Cube. This can be for a number ofreasons:
1. Another extraction is taking place in the target BI.
2. The control parameters of the request in the InfoCube are locked bydeletion or compressing processes.

Procedure
Start the delta extraction again if you are sure that the request statusin the Cube is not locked.
