Diagnosis
A DTP request is processed in parallel in the background. The number ofbackground processes used can be defined in the DTP maintenance (menupath Goto -> Batch Manager Settings). In the data packageyou are currently processing, all the background processes are alreadybusy.

System Response
To process the package in the transformation and update, the workprocess in which the extraction takes place is used. Extraction of thenext package waits until processing of the current package has beencompleted.

Procedure
To improve the performance of the request processing, you can increasethe number of parallel processes in the DTP maintenance.
