Diagnosis
You want to change the extraction mode of a data transfer process in aBI Content development system. This is not possible.
In the delivery version, data transfer processes have the following key:

• Source/Source type


• Target/Target type


• Extraction Mode

If the extraction mode changes, the delivery version of the datatransfer process is assigned a new ID. As a result, process chains thatcontain the data transfer process with the old ID as a process variantare no longer valid.

System Response
The extraction mode was not changed.

Procedure
Create a new data transfer process with the required extraction mode.
Once you have done this, replace the data transfer process in theprocess chains affected.
If the data transfer process is no longer required in the originalextraction mode, you can delete it.
