Diagnosis
Before you can use the advanced master data maintenance, all theInfoObjects used must be activated. Only then can you ensure that youare working with consistent data. In addition, you must ensure thatorganizational measures are in place to prevent third parties frommaking changes to the data while you are processing it. When data isbeing loaded, this process has priority over manual processing andoverwrites the data you have changed.

Procedure
In the Administrator Workbench (TA: RSA1) choose Tools -->Hierarchy/Attribute Changes... and then the pushbutton OBJECT LIST.Choose the InfoObject to be activated. Save and then choose EXECUTE.
