Diagnosis
Certain filter settings may mean that an object cannot be selected,because it is hidden in the tree.
For example, during a search, the system finds an InfoArea that shouldbe selected in the object tree. If the setting has been made that onlyInfoAreas with lower-level objects are displayed, the InfoArea that thesystem has found cannot be selected if it does not contain lower-lev
er objects.

System Response
The system follows the path to the object that you want to select, asfar as it can.

Procedure
Choose @K2@ in the toolbar of the object tree to show the object againand select the object again.
