Diagnosis
V1 cannot be changed in the update rules. v1 was fixed in theInfoCube.

Procedure
In the InfoCube maintenance, choose the 'Time Characteristic' tabstrip. In the main menu, choose Extras -> Structure-specificInfoObject Properties.
Caution: &V1& can only be changed when there isn't any data in theInfoCube.
