SAP Message RSAR470 - Routine &1 was not found in the new rules -> no transfer

Diagnosis You want to install routine &V1& from BI Content. However, the routinedoes not belong to any rule row (a row in the transfer rule) that SAPdelivered with this BI Content patch. There is already a rule for thisInfoObject in your active version. Since you selected the 'Merge' optionfor the transfer, your rule is not overwritten. System Response Since the routine is part of the rule, it is not transferred either. Procedure If you want to transfer the routine, deactivate the "Merge" field orremove the row from the transfer rules in the active version (do notforget to activate). Repeat the transfer process.
