InfoObject &V1& ( &V2& ), for example, is not actively available. It isonly available in version &V4&.
A structure can only be activated if all the InfoObjects are activelysaved.

System Response
Function was terminated without a change to the database.

Procedure
Check the log for the &V3& inactive InfoObjects.
Activate this InfoObject in the InfoObject maintenance.
Repeat your activation.
