Diagnosis
Entry is missing in table RSADMIN for the background user in BI or thesource system.

System Response
The system terminates the function.

Procedure
Make the following setting in BI Customizing in accordance with theshort text of the message:

  • Determine a proposal for background user in
    • source system
    or
    • Create a BI background user.
