Checking tools: Usage of Queries in Workbooks and Roles
This transaction checks the assignment of workbooks to roles in the BWsystem. In the output list, two error situations are reported:
A workbook is not assigned to a role, or
A workbook is assigned to a role, but has no developmentclass.
In both cases, the workbook is not delivered to the customers.

Entry
You choose the workbooks that you want to check via the BW queriesembedded in them. From the intial screen of the transaction, you canenter queries with their technical name (e.g. 0CCA_C11_Q0002) or maskedwith '*' (e.g. 0CCA*)
Radio buttons control the contents of the display list:

• All workbooks

Displays all workbooks, that contain the selected queries. This allowsyou to see the Where-used list for the selected queries in workbooksand BW roles.

• Workbooks without role assignment

Displays only those queries/workbooks with error situation 1.).

• Workbooks (with role) without development classes

Displays only those queries/workbooks with errorsituation 2.).

Display list
The list is sorted according to the selected queries and shows:


• the workbooks that contain these queries,


• the roles that are assigned to these workbooks


• the result of the check (Checkmark: Check ok, Cross: Error).

The selection of a list line (double click) deliversdetailed information to the query, workbook, role and errorsituation.
