The standard deviation gives the average error in the estimation of thedependent variable x0 produced using the regression equation. To beable to assess the level of the standard deviation, you can place itinto a relationship with the mean value x0 (XAVG0). If the mean valueis 10 for x0 and there is a standard deviation of 1, then the standarddeviation of the estimation is 10%.
