Diagnosis
The F test allows you to determine the significance with which theconnection between the dependent and the independent variables iscorrectly returned by the regression equation. The calculated valuethat places the declared variation of the estimation in proportion tothe nondeclared variation is compared with theoretical values. To confirm the results of the calculation, the significance of the Ftest should be greater or equal to 0.95 (95%).

Procedure
If the significance of the F test is under 0,95 (95%), check thesignificance of the T test. Remove any variables exhibitingsignificances below 0.95, and perform linear regression again. If thesignificance of the F test remains below 0.95, then the results of thecalculation are not confirmed by the F test.
