Diagnosis
For conversion, you selected a memo record whose key fields such as theplanning date or account number have changed since you accessed thetransaction. The change may have been made exactly when you accessedthe transaction. The memo record can no longer be found and,therefore, cannot be converted because of the change made.
Call up the transaction again in order to convert the memo record.
