Diagnosis You have entered a seat preference (window or aisle) but you have notspecified whether you would prefer to sit in a smoking or non-smokingseat. The data entered here is transferred to the airline carriers youare traveling with on your business trip using a reservation system.The airline carriers need to know your preference for a smoking or non-smoking seat to be able to offer you a seat that meets yourrequirements. Procedure Specify whether you want to pass on your preference for a smoking ornon-smoking seat to the airline carriers.
