Diagnosis
The system attempts to generate the external person ID in infotype0709.
According to the system settings, the value of the personalidentification number from the Personal Data infotype (P0002-PERID)should be stored in the external person ID.
Since no personal identification number exists, the system cannotgenerate an external person ID in this case.

Procedure
Check the system settings and if necessary correct the external personID for the current personnel number directly in infotype 0709.
