Diagnosis
You can use the "Start payroll" function only if the date of theunauthorized manual check is higher than the date of the last payrollrun.

Procedure
No action is required on your part. A retroactive accounting run istriggered automatically when you change or create an unauthorizedmanual check. This is then evaluated during the next regular payrollrun or the next correction run. A newly created unauthorized manualcheck is added to the payroll result. An existing check is updated.
