Diagnosis
** The grade code entered on the screen can not be found on
the grade table, but does exist as an entry in the pay scale
table. The annual salary can not be edited against a minimum
and maximum value and therefore, compensation reports will
not produce analysis of salary information. Validate whether
grade entry should be made to the salary grade table.
