Diagnosis

The total percentage of these remittances is 100.0 %. This means
that no pay will be assigned to the 1st remittance because the
garnishable amount is split up between the other remittances.
You have two options:
1. You have intentionally entered the 100 %. You could then
delete the 1st remittance and ignore the message.
2. Check the percentages of the individual remittances.
