Diagnosis
The capacity utilization level and number of hours per period havechanged. This happens in cases where a different Planned WorkingTime record (0007) becomes valid or if a different unit of time isused for the pay scale type/area in the Assignment of Pay Scale/Time Unit, Currency view (T510F). This view is evaluated only iffeature U510F is set.

System Response
The system proposes new values. Whether or not the newly proposedvalues or the old ones are used depends on the feature DFINFTransfer default values for infotypes.
The new defaults are capacity utilization level &V1& and working hoursper period &V2&.
