Diagnosis
New pay scale type and pay scale area defaults are valid on the 'from'date of the current infotype record.
The default values are determined from the feature TARIF. If thisfeature contains no values, they are read from the Personnel Areas/Personnel Subareas table (T001P).

System Response
The new default values are displayed only.

Procedure
Decide whether you want to use the new or old values and change yourentries accordingly.
