Diagnosis
The system skipped over flows which cannot/should not generate paymentrequests. Since netting only takes place on the basis of these paymentrequests, these flows cannot be included in netting.

Procedure
Check whether all relevant flows are displayed.
If not, check the Customizing settings for the flow types concerned,for the standing instructions and for the payment details of thetransaction.
