That means, thecharacteristic is used as a characteristic for the target value(TARGET), the minimum and maximum value (MIN_MAX), or for the unit ofmeasure (UoM).

For process parameter result classes, do not use characteristics thathave a special function in the context of the process parameter classesof class type 100.
