Diagnosis
The stage formula of formula &V3& of recipe &V1& uses a stream that wasdefined as an output item in stage formula &V2&.
All streams must flow into a subsequent stage. If the input and outputof this stream are assigned to two corresponding operations, arelationship must exist between these two operations, otherwise theassignment is defined by the stage number. The stream flow and therelationships between the operations must be the same.
