Diagnosis
You cannot use Drag&Drop here. This might be due to the fact that oneof the requirements has not been fulfilled, or that the Drag&Dropfunction is simply not intended to be used here. If you are in therecipe process view and are attempting to copy an operation buildingblock to a process that does not yet contain a stage, for example, thesystem will not allow you to do so because the relevant prerequisiteshave not been fulfilled. In this case, you cannot copy the operation tothe process.

System Response
The system cannot create the object.

Procedure
Follow the object hierarchy and make sure that the requirements forcreating objects (including creating objects using Drag&Drop) have beenfulfilled.
In the example above, you have to create a stage in the recipe beforeyou can copy the required operation to the process view using Drag
Drop.
