SAP Message RMSRCP309 - Unable to assign scope of application for change status &1 &2

Diagnosis This error occurs when API structures are converted to BAPI structuresbefore the data is transferred to the IDoc for distribution. System Response The scope of application stored in the transfer structure must beassigned to a change status. This assignment cannot be made. Procedure Check the key information in the API structure for the scope ofapplication. This key information must refer to a change status in theAPI structure for change statuses.
