SAP Message RMSRCP299 - Unable to assign relationship to general recipe &1 to a general recipe

Diagnosis This error occurs when BAPI structures are converted to API structuresbefore the recipe is created in the target system. The relationship stored in the transfer structure must be assigned ageneral recipe. This assignment cannot be made. Procedure Check the key information in the BAPI structure for relationships. Thekey information must refer to a general recipe in the BAPI structurefor general recipes.
