When recipes are distributed, existing scopes of application for arecipe are compared with the scope of application data in the transferstructures. All scopes of application that are no longer needed aredeleted from the target system. In this case, however, deletion failed.

Procedure
Check whether the scope of application or the recipe is locked byanother user and restart the distribution process.
