Diagnosis
The update indicator "I" (= insert) is used in recipe distribution.When you distribute a recipe, the system checks whether the recipealready exists before it transfers the data. Since the recipe to bedistributed already exists in the target system, no data istransferred.

Procedure
Since the recipe already exists in the target system, the distributioncan be performed in the update mode only.
You only need to change the value of the update indicator in thestructure of the general recipe to "U". You do not need to set theupdate indicator in lower-level structures.
