Diagnosis
When recipes are distributed, existing relationships to a recipe arecompared with the relationships in the transfer structures. Allrelationships that are no longer needed are deleted from the targetsystem. In this case, however, deletion failed.

Procedure
Check whether the relationship or the recipe is locked by another userand restart the distribution process.
