Diagnosis
When recipes are distributed, the change statuses are checked beforethey are processed. This check detected errors.

Procedure
Check the application log to find out which errors occurred(transaction ARAL, object type PVS). Check whether the change status orthe recipe is locked by another user and restart the distributionprocess.
