Diagnosis
The update indicator "I" (= insert) is used in recipe distribution.When you distribute document assignments, the system checks whether thedocument assignment already exists before it transfers the data. Sincethe document assignment to be distributed already exists in the targetsystem, no data is transferred.

Procedure
Since the document assignment already exists in the target system, thedistribution can be performed in the update mode only.
You only need to change the value of the update indicator in thestructure of the general recipe to "U". You do not need to set theupdate indicator in lower-level structures.
