If general recipes are to be distributed, they can either be selectedby recipe name or by evaluating the change pointers.
The system did not find any general recipes for distribution that matchthe selection criteria you entered.

Procedure
If you selected a general recipe by general recipe name, check whetherthe value you entered can be assigned to a general recipe.
If you selected a general recipe by change pointers, check whether allthe settings required to evaluate the change pointers been made.
