Diagnosis
You may not create a recipe or change status of a recipe for the past.The valid-from date must be identical to or after the creation date.
The key date you entered or the valid-from date ofthe change number you entered is, however,in the past. The system does not execute the function.

Procedure
RESET N1
Check the key date or the change number entered.
Display Change Master Record
Use a key date as of today's date or a change number with a valid-fromdate as of today's date.
