Diagnosis
The first change status ofthe recipe you selected has &V1& as the valid-from date. For thisreason, the following functions can only be executed as of this date:

• Loading the recipe


• Adding a new change status for the recipe

However, you have entered a key date orchange number whose date is before &V1&. Thesystem does not execute the function.

Procedure

If you want to load the recipe:
Use a key date or change number whose date is after &V1&.

If you want to create a change status:
Depending on your requirements, proceed as follows:


• Insert the new change status after &V1&.

Use a change number with the appropriate valid-from date. If yougenerate the change number when you create the change status, enter thevalid-from date in the Key date field.

• If you need a change status before &V1&, check the dates of the first
change status. You have the following options:
The change status was created without a change number.
In this case, you can no longer change the valid-from date.
The change status was created with a change number.
In this case, change the date of the change number to the desired date(Change Change Number).
You can then insert additional change statuses after this date.
