Diagnosis
Changes you make to the structure of a recipe apply to all changestatuses of the recipe. For this reason, you may only change the recipestructure if all change statuses have status In process.
There is at least one change status for the current recipe that doesnot meet this requirement. The system does not accept the structurechanges.

Procedure
Check the status of all change statuses. You have the followingoptions:

• At least one of the change statuses has status Released,
Application scope restricted, Inactive, or Obsolete
.
You can no longer restart the processing of this change status. Therecipe structure cannot be changed.

• At least one of the change statuses has status Rejected or
Processing closed. Proceed as follows:
RESET N2
Reject change statuses with status Processing closed.
Restart processing all change statuses.
Make the structure changes as required.
