Diagnosis
You cannot change the valid-to date. The date is in the past.
You can only use a date in the past for the valid-from date if thestatus of the first change status is 'In processing' and if the datecheck flag is set in Customizing for the recipe.

Procedure
Enter a date from today's date for the valid-from and valid-todates.
Once the valid-to date has expired, no further changes can be made.
