Diagnosis
The Depend. chg statuses indicator hasbeen set in Customizing for the recipe type of the current recipe. Forthis reason, you can only restrict the scope of application for thischange status if none of the preceding change statuses still has statusIn process or Rejected.
There are, however, change statuses for this recipe whose processinghas not yet been closed. The system does not execute the function.

Procedure
RESET N1
Close the processing of the preceding change statuses.
Take the sequence in time of the change statuses into account.
Restrict the scope of application for this change status.
