Diagnosis
The Depend.chg statuses indicator hasbeen set in Customizing for the recipe type of the current recipe. Youcan therefore only create a new change status if all succeeding changestatuses have status In process or Rejected.
There are, however, succeeding change statuses for this recipe whoseprocessing has already been closed. The system does not execute thefunction.

Procedure
First check and edit the status of the succeeding change statuses. Youhave the following options:

• At least one of the succeeding change statuses has status Released

, Application scope restricted, Inactive, orProcessing closed.
You can no longer reject these change statuses. The new change statuscannot be inserted.

• At least one of the succeeding change statuses has status
Processing closed. Proceed as follows:
RESET N2
Reject these change statuses.
Create the new change status.
