Diagnosis
You have created a version or changed the validity of an existingversion. The period &V1& to &V2& that you have entered causes a gap inthe validity period of the object, however. In Customizing forversioning, you specified that gaps are not permitted or that they arepermitted but that the system is to output a warning.

System Response
If gaps are not permitted, processing is canceled.
If gaps are permitted, you can enter the period, but the system outputsthis warning.

Procedure
If gaps are not permitted or if you do not want the validity period tocontain a gap, enter a period that follows on from existing versions.
