This means that the Cancel Reference field is locked against dataentry, but is always displayed on a value basis. As a result, thereference to master inspection characteristics is always canceled sothat some inspection characteristic attributes (for example, tolerancelimits) are ready for input.
This setting is also expected for the recipe data that is read from thedatabase.
