Diagnosis
The anchor could not be determined when creating a part. The anchor forthe part must be defined in the folder model of the case folder. Theanchor is defined in the table "Definition of anchor for folder model".
Key PROP PART is used for searches in this table, but no anchor or anempty anchor was determined.

System Response
The new part could not be added to the case folder. The part created isnot available in the fileplan.

Procedure for System Administration
Define an anchor for the key PROP PART in table RMPS_T_ANCHORS. SAPrecommends naming the anchor "PART"; this is how it is delivered in SAPStandard Customizing.
