Diagnosis
The reporting point structure can only be changed if all currentreporting point and scrap quantities are zero.

Procedure
First reset the reporting point quantities by making the appropriategoods receipts or by reporting point correction.
Any scrap quantities that exist must be cancelled and reposted aftersetting up the reporting point structure again.
