The scanner found a program with customer extensions and theseextensions do not fullfill the requirements for Unicode compatible ABAP6.10 programs.
As your system administrator requires, that all programs areUnicode-enabled, the mentioned file <(>&<)>V1& needs to beenhanced.

Procedure
Proposal C:
Look at the protocol of the scanner and use transaction UCCHECK to seethe cause of the problem.
Until the program the program is enhanced, it will not work. As thescanner does not know, wether this is an important program or a lessimportant program, the impact on the system is not known.
